Accommodation in a Scanian farm in Österlen!
At Källagården you find accommodation and lodging at our old half-timbered farm built
in 1721. We offer accommodation by the courtyard in both a big apartment and two rooms with kitchen in the garret,
and also offer Bed & Breakfast. The farm resides
within a short distance from the village Brösarp, just by the fringe of the woods, and
surrounded by our lush fruit orchards. The adjacent hills of Brösarp Backar offer wonderful hiking opportunities
and the nearby ocean and Haväng is only a few kilometers away. At the fringe of the woods lies our big pond
and our own little ski slope, which hosts the Bronze Age grave Ornahögen at the top.
Accommodation in the courtyard apartment: 2 rooms and kitchen
Area: 65 m2
Beds: 4 + 2 in sofa bed
Peak season price: 4 200 SEK per week (weeks 26-33)
Off season price: 3 700 SEK per week (weeks 1-25 and 34-52)
Less than a week: 1 000 SEK per night (weeks 26-33)
Less than a week: 900 SEK per night (weeks 1-25 and 34-52)
The big apartment offers 2 rooms and a kitchen, plus a hall with separate entrances to the bathroom and lavatory.
From the cobbled patio there you may directly enter the living room where there is a sofa bed for two as well as two
separate regular beds and dining area. The living room is also equipped with TV, DVD and a bookshelf full of books, magazines and parlour games
for rainy days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and an
electric kettle. Beside the kitchen is a smaller bedroom with two separate regular beds. There are outdoor furniture
and a barbecue grill on the cobbled patio. You also have access to a laundry machine and tumble-drier. The accommodation
is equipped for self-catering, so you only need to bring bedding, towels and articles of consumption.

N.B. Pets are prohibited and no smoking indoors! Final cleaning of the rooms is done by guests
themselves. During peak season we rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) only. Check in at 15.00 hours and check out at 12.00 noon

Area: 30 m2
Beds: 2 + 1 in sofa bed
Double room per week: 3 000 SEK
Double room per night: 600 SEK (shared kitchen and bathroom)
At the farm we also offer fitted-up accommodation in the attic. The newly renovated big garret has two beds and sofa bed in a tranquil atmosphere.
Bathroom with shower and a landing with kitchenette is shared with the small garret (if not vacant). The accommodation is fully equipped for self-catering
and the kitchenette contains a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine and an electric kettle. You only need to
bring bedding, towels and articles of consumption.

Bed & Breakfast
We also offer Bed & Breakfast, if you want your beds to be made when you arrive and not having to
worry about cleaning up before you leave. Breakfast is served in a basket in the morning. Bed & Breakfast is offered
with all our accommodation, and off course the kitchen is still fully equipped also when you chose Bed &
Breakfast. N.B. Pets are prohibited and no smoking indoors!
Beds: 4+2+2
Prices: Room prices are the same as for self catering alternatives, but with an additional
200 SEK per person for the breakfast and bed linen for the first night.
Second night and onward 150 SEK per person.
